Ryan Reppucci
Managing Partner

Law isn’t just my profession, it’s my passion.

Ryan Reppucci is the managing partner at Reppucci & Roeder and is recognized as one of Phoenix’s leading family law attorneys.  After graduating from Arizona State with highest honors and inclusion in one of America’s most prestigious student honor societies, Ryan attended University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  His career as a law student was decorated with numerous awards including University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Book Award, nomination for membership in Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities, as well as Moot Court. Ryan began his law career in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in a variety of roles with one of America’s busiest criminal court systems. His success in these roles led to a clerkship with a leading criminal defense firm. Recognizing that his passion was in helping families, Ryan chose to move back to his native hometown of Phoenix, Arizona where he began his practice in Family and Domestic Relations Law. Throughout his career, Ryan has stayed committed to excellence, service to others, and integrity within the legal profession.  As part of his mantra of service to others, Ryan has served as Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court and regularly teaches as an adjunct law professor with Arizona Summit Law School.

Jonathan Roeder
Partner

Exceptional leadership through exceptional service to others.

Jonathan Roeder is one of the founding partners of Reppucci & Roeder. He is an Arizona native who has dedicated his life and career to the service of others.  After graduating salutatorian of his high school class, Jonathan attended beautiful and prestigious Pepperdine University where he majored in Political Science.  During his tenure at Pepperdine University his passion for helping others grew after securing a clinical position with a residential treatment center for juveniles with substance addictions.  Post-graduation, Jonathan returned to Arizona and served as a residential manager for homes for the mentally and physically handicapped.   Jonathan attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.  Throughout his law school career, Jonathan worked as a legal clerk for a local civil litigation and criminal defense attorney before making his way back home to Phoenix after graduation.  After the birth of his son, Jonathan worked as a faculty member for Grand Canyon University teaching a variety of law related courses with the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.  While his love for teaching was absolute, Jonathan felt that his calling was in the practice of law.  Accordingly, he co-founded the law firm of Reppucci & Roeder and has been exceedingly proud of helping build the firm’s reputation as one of the valley’s leading boutique litigation firms.

Elda Garcia started her professional career as a Cosmetologist while she worked her way through college. Seeking a fast-pace, challenging, and rewarding career, she transitioned into the legal field doing administrative work for criminal, bankruptcy, and family law attorneys. Over the past four and a half years Elda has sharpened her legal skills and experience and has now transitioned into a full-time legal assistant for Reppucci & Roeder’s partners. Stacy Porter is one of the newest members to join the team at Reppucci & Roeder. He adds a fresh outlook and vast amount of experience to the firm. After honorably serving our country in the U.S. Navy, Stacy decided to further his dedication to the public by pursuing his dreams of going to law school. His desire to serve the community is apparent in his desire to help his clients obtain what they are rightfully entitled to. As an associate attorney with Reppucci and Roeder, Stacy handles a vast array of family law and domestic relations issues with the utmost delicacy and respect for his clients.

Samuel Pittman
Associate Attorney

Samuel Pittman is an Arizona native. He attended Arizona State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Management. After college, Samuel embarked on his first career in financial services. Transitioning from sales to management, Samuel became the Chief Compliance Officer for an Arizona-based National Association of Securities Dealers Broker/Dealer. In his duties as Compliance Officer, Samuel worked on various legal issues for firm, including private securities offerings and NASD and SEC audits. These experiences peaked Samuel’s interest in the law. Seeking a new career where he could focus his talents on helping others, Samuel decided to attend law school. Samuel excelled in law school, being honored as his class valedictorian and receiving the Judge Michael D. Jones award as the most practice-ready student in his class. While developing his practice-readiness skills, Samuel worked as an extern in a variety of legal practices, including bankruptcy, class action litigation, and appellate advocacy. As part of his focus on community service, Samuel, on a pro bono basis, co-authored appellate briefs for the Arizona Midwives Association and worked with the United States Bankruptcy Court’s Friends of the Court program. After studying family law under Managing Partner Ryan Reppucci and realizing the full scope of the positive impact he could have for families, Samuel determined that he would pursue family law as his chosen practice area.

Jessica Garcia is the first smile and point of contact that greets you when visiting Reppucci & Roeder.  As our front office receptionist Jessica has been tasked with a multitude of responsibilities; but no responsibility more important than ensuring that each prospective and current client receives first class customer service.  Jessica has a diverse work history working in the legal industry, first in personal injury and now family law and immigration.  This work experience has translated into Jessica helping thousands of clients successfully navigate through their legal matters!

Jessica’s greatest joy is being a proud mother to her three-year-old daughter.  As a mother, Jessica enjoys all activities that involve her daughter including cooking, movies, and visiting family.

Attorney Cory Keith is dedicated to providing competent and assertive legal representation to each of his clients. Mr. Keith prides himself on representing others the way he would wish to be represented. Mr. Keith originally began his career practicing criminal and immigration law before finding his passion for assisting families through their times of need in family law. He is committed to helping others in their times of need and completely understands that normal people often find themselves in situations where they need legal representation. Mr. Keith’s goal is usually to assist the parties to come to an agreement in a low-dispute manner; however, parties or their attorneys can sometimes be unreasonable, and he is always prepared when litigation becomes necessary. Mr. Keith has experience handling family law cases including, but not limited to, divorces, disputes regarding children, petitions to establish rights or to modify an existing order, premarital or postmarital agreements, amongst others. He has also handled complicated legal issues that require the use of custody evaluations, business valuations, medical examinations, and other professionals to resolve these complex cases. Mr. Keith attended Arizona State University on a full-ride academic scholarship where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology. After excelling in his studies, Mr. Keith was offered a full-ride academic scholarship to attend law school. Throughout law school he joined and led several organizations including becoming the Executive Technical Editor of Law Review. During this time, he also served as a legal clerk with The Law Office of Joseph Ramiro-Shanahan where he obtained experience in family and juvenile law. Mr. Keith was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. At the age of six, he set his goal to become an attorney–he achieved this goal at the age of twenty-three. Mr. Keith is a hard-working, professional attorney who strives to fight for his clients throughout every step of legal proceedings.
