Ryan Reppucci
Managing Partner

Ryan Reppucci is the managing partner at Reppucci & Roeder and is recognized as one of Phoenix’s leading family law attorneys.  After graduating from Arizona State with the highest honors and inclusion in America’s most prestigious student honor societies, Ryan attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  His career as a law student was decorated with numerous awards, including the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Book Award, nomination for membership in Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities, as well as Moot Court.

Ryan began his law career in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in various roles with America’s busiest criminal court systems. His success in these roles led to a clerkship with a leading criminal defense firm. Recognizing that his passion was in helping families, Ryan chose to move back to his native hometown of Phoenix, Arizona, where he began his practice in Family and Domestic Relations Law. Throughout his career, Ryan has stayed committed to excellence, service to others, and integrity within the legal profession.  As part of his mantra of service to others, Ryan has served as Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court and regularly teaches as an adjunct law professor with Arizona Summit Law School.

Jonathan Roeder
Partner

Jonathan Roeder is one of the founding partners of Reppucci & Roeder. He is an Arizona native who has dedicated his life and career to the service of others.  After graduating salutatorian of his high school class, Jonathan attended beautiful and prestigious Pepperdine University, where he majored in Political Science.  During his tenure at Pepperdine University, his passion for helping others grew after securing a clinical position with a residential treatment center for juveniles with substance addictions.  Post-graduation, Jonathan returned to Arizona and served as a residential manager for mentally and physically disabled homes.

 

Jonathan attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.  Throughout his law school career, Jonathan worked as a legal clerk for local civil litigation and criminal defense attorney before returning home to Phoenix after graduation.  After the birth of his son, Jonathan worked as a faculty member for Grand Canyon University, teaching a variety of law-related courses with the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.  While his love for teaching was absolute, Jonathan felt that his calling was in the practice of law.  Accordingly, he co-founded the law firm of Reppucci & Roeder and has been exceedingly proud of helping build the firm’s reputation as one of the valley’s leading boutique litigation firms.

 

Cory Keith
Associate Attorney

Attorney Cory Keith is dedicated to providing competent and assertive legal representation to each of his clients. Mr. Keith prides himself on representing others the way he would wish to be represented. Before finding his passion for assisting families through their times of need in family law, Mr. Keith originally began his career practicing criminal and immigration law before finding his passion for assisting families. He is committed to helping others in their times of need and completely understands that normal people often find themselves in situations where they need legal representation. Mr. Keith’s goal is usually to assist the parties to agree in a low-dispute manner; however, parties or their attorneys can sometimes be unreasonable, and he is always prepared when litigation becomes necessary.

Mr. Keith has experience handling family law cases including, but not limited to, divorces, disputes regarding children, petitions to establish rights or to modify an existing order, premarital or postmarital agreements, amongst others. He has also handled complicated legal issues that require the use of custody evaluations, business valuations, medical examinations, and other professionals to resolve these complex cases.

Mr. Keith attended Arizona State University on a full-ride academic scholarship, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology. After excelling in his studies, Mr. Keith was offered a full-ride academic scholarship to attend law school. He joined and led several organizations throughout law school, including becoming the Executive Technical Editor of Law Review. During this time, he also served as a legal clerk with The Law Office of Joseph Ramiro-Shanahan, where he obtained family and juvenile law experience.

Mr. Keith was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. At the age of six, he set his goal to become an attorney–he achieved this goal at twenty-three. Mr. Keith is a hard-working, professional attorney who strives to fight for his clients throughout every step of legal proceedings.

Connor Moore
Associate Attorney

Connor Moore is a people-oriented, results-driven native of Mesa, Arizona, who is motivated by a passion for advocating for the rights of others, particularly in complex and emotionally difficult situations.

After graduating with honors from Mesa Preparatory Academy, Connor attended the University of Arizona, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law and was included on the Dean’s List for his academic achievements while volunteering in several leadership roles with an international student organization.

Connor attended Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. He fulfilled his desire to provide aid to others through working at the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic by assisting indigent and underprivileged clients. In addition to being elected to serve as the president of an established organization at his law school after his first year, Connor’s other law school experiences include being asked to conduct legal research and write memos for books and law articles written by one of his professors and being selected to work as the legal intern to a member of the US House of Representatives.

Upon graduating from law school and passing the bar exam, Connor worked at a local civil litigation firm specializing in elder abuse cases classified as complex, tier 3 litigation in Arizona. At this firm, Connor was part of a compassionate, client-centered team that endeavored to secure hundreds of thousands of dollars for their clients through their devotion and experience.

Connor is a competitive and detail-oriented attorney who is proud to represent people in their time of need to attain the best result possible for his clients.

Katelyn Morgan
Associate Attorney

Katelyn Morgan (“Katie”) is a Colorado native who aspired to become an attorney at a young age.  After graduating high school, Katie moved to Flagstaff to attend Northern Arizona University where she graduated Cum Laude with a dual major in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Sociology with a Minor in Speech Communications.  While attending Northern Arizona University she continued to pursue her interest in the legal field while participating in the Arizona Innocence Project investigating claims of wrongful conviction and interning at a local criminal defense firm.

Shortly after graduating, Katie attended law school on scholarship.  While in law school Katelyn served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association and the Women’s Law Association.  During her law school tenure, Katie was selected by her professors as the recipient of the school’s mission pillar award for exemplifying student outcome centeredness, practice readiness, and service to the underserved.

Katie nominated currently serves on the Board of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Arizona State Bar and is licensed in both Arizona and Utah. Katie enjoys advocating for families with diligence and compassion while assisting them through what can seem to be the most stressful and emotional times of their lives.

Ubani Ukuku
Associate Attorney

Ubani Ukuku is first generation Nigerian-American born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. True to the meaning of her first name, “a place where one goes to get resources or wealth,” Ubani is a wealth of knowledge and resources for all that she works with and has a passion for advocating for all.

A former public defender and justice and care pastor, Ubani has advocated for close to one decade in the community. During her six years in public defense, she represented thousands of adults and children in dependency and criminal proceedings. Due to her passionate advocacy, Ubani was awarded in 2016 with the Rising Star Award by the Arizona Public Defender’s Association; an award given each year a young attorney for high quality representation. After a successful legal career in public defense, Ubani took a two-year break to build a justice and care ministry for a 2000-person church in downtown Phoenix. Here, she took her expertise as an attorney and community relationships to develop three justice-focused initiatives and build an infrastructure to promote justice and teach others how to do the work of justice before returning to the active practice of law.

Throughout her career, Ubani has fed her love for advocacy by equipping and empowering others to do the same. This has led her to a number of public speaking engagements centered on families and children. She has presented a number of times at the Arizona Public Defender’s Association Statewide Conference, the State Bar of Arizona and leadership seminars in Arizona.
Ubani is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a huge college football fan. In her free time, you can catch her cheering on her alma mater, THE University of Georgia Bulldogs, as well as her law school, the University of Houston Cougars.

Nina Edidin
Associate Attorney

Nina Edidin hails from Georgia by way of Chicago where she grew up. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois. After moving to Georgia, she graduated from Georgia State University School of Law where she graduated in 1996.

Nina has practiced family law for over twenty-five years, first in Georgia then in Arizona. After passing the Bar she began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the child support division, then as the head attorney for the Georgia Office of Child Support Enforcement, where she drafted or modified all the child support statutes. Nina was then asked to join the Attorney General’s Office to argue the constitutionality of the child support guidelines, winning the case. The opposing attorneys filed with the United States Supreme Court but were refused certification.

In Arizona Nina first worked for Legal Aid representing victims of domestic violence. After moving to Phoenix, she has worked as family attorney for over thirteen years. A divorcee herself, she understands many of the issues our clients face and how to overcome those issues.

As a former social worker and planner she takes a multi-dimensional approach to family law. Nina is aggressive when necessary, but also able to work with clients and attorneys to achieve a settlement. After litigating for so many years she is capable of putting on the most complicated of cases she also has the experience to guide clients to the best outcome for parents and children.

Elda Garcia
Office Manager

Elda Garcia started her professional career as a Cosmetologist while she worked her way through college. Seeking a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding career, she transitioned into the legal field, doing administrative work for criminal, bankruptcy, and family law attorneys. Over the past four and a half years, Elda has sharpened her legal skills and experience and has now transitioned into a full-time Office Manager for Reppucci & Roeder. Her dedication to the legal profession and the firm’s clients is a testament to her hard work ethic.

Elda has recently added a new member to her family, Baby Bella.  Elda’s journey to motherhood gives her no better feeling of pride and sense of accomplishment.

Jessica Garcia
Legal Assistant

Jessica Garcia is an experienced and accomplished legal assistant for Reppucci & Roeder.  As one of our dedicated legal assistants, Jessica has been tasked with a myriad of legal responsibilities. Still, no responsibility is more important than ensuring that each prospective and current client receives first-class customer service. Jessica has a diverse work history working in the legal industry, first in personal injury and now family and juvenile law.  This work experience has translated into Jessica helping thousands of clients successfully navigate through their legal matters!

Jessica’s greatest joy is being a proud mother to her four-year-old daughter.  As a mother, Jessica enjoys all activities that involve her daughter, including cooking, movies, and visiting family.

Lauren Whisler
Paralegal

Lauren Whisler was born and raised at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. While attending the University of Tennessee, Lauren’s interest in the legal field began while working at the College of Law. There she worked with the Innocence and Wrongful Convictions Clinic while also pursuing a career in hospitality and restaurant management. In that capacity she prided herself with providing over-the-top guest service. A character attribute that fits well with her bubbly personality.

Looking for new opportunities and adventures, she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2016, where she continued her work & career in the legal field administratively, supporting attorneys practicing in areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. She continues to follow her passions to further learn and enhance her skills in Family Law here at Reppucci & Roeder.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends, and is happily celebrating newlywed life with her husband, Andy. She has an immense love for live music, and on the weekends is often out camping, hiking, and backpacking the vast public land that Arizona has to offer. She loves fashion & interior design and making spaces beautiful!

Ludwig Alvarado
Client Care Specialist

Ludwig Alvarado is an exceptional Client Care Specialist dedicated to the intaking of all new clients. His ability to effectively communicate and help guide clients during the legal process helps establish Reppucci & Roeder’s commitment to customer service. Ludwig has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. Despite changing industries, Ludwig is still able to achieve his goals by helping others during difficult situations.

During his free time, Ludwig is an avid soccer player and loves to work out. Health is wealth!

Cherrie Ann Lapig
Client Care Specialist

Cherrie Ann Lapig is a native of Manila Philippines. After completing her college degree in Pampanga, Philippines Cherrie Ann had a blossoming career in sales.  This sales position created additional opportunities worldwide. Cherrie Ann lived in Florence, Italy for six years where she was a top sales associate selling luxury jewelry.  During her long career in sales, she developed a strong desire to assist others and honed her skills in customer service. This skill set has translated well into her new position as a Client Care Specialist for Reppucci & Roeder.

In her free time, Cherrie Ann loves to travel and cook.

Karen Swyers
Paralegal

Karen Swyers is an experienced paralegal with over twenty-three (23) years of family law experience. She has worked with several well-recognized family law attorneys throughout Arizona. Karen’s career in the legal industry began at Phoenix College where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. After obtaining her degree, Karen quickly earned a promotion from file clerk to becoming a paralegal. She has experience drafting pleadings, motions, and several other types of documents pertaining to family law cases and is an invaluable member of the Reppucci and Roeder team.

When Karen is not at work assisting the Reppucci and Roeder attorneys, she is usually spending time with friends or family members including the two newest additions to her family, her grandchildren. She loves hiking and spending time outdoors.  She is recently learning to hunt with her husband (although he will say she has a long way to go). Karen is originally from the Midwest and she utilizes her Midwest values to help in delivering exception service to our clients. She finds solace in helping clients throughout some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Alba Romero
Paralegal

Alba Romero is the first smile and point of contact that greets you when visiting Reppucci & Roeder.  As our front office legal receptionist, Alba handles a myriad of responsibilities for the law firm.  Alba’s friendly and bubbly demeanor compliments her vast experience in customer service.  This level of service translates to a seamless transition from prospective client to actual client.

Born and raised in Arizona, Alba attended Boston University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Public Relations.  Accordingly, Alba plans on utilizing her legal and public relations education to better serve her community.

Isabel Sissel
Paralegal

Isabel Sissel was born and raised in a small town in Iowa.  After graduating from Kirkwood Community College, Isabel decided to further her interest in the legal and community field and attended Arizona State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. While attending ASU she volunteered with Girl Scouts Beyond Bars, helping young girls build a healthy relationship with their incarcerated mothers. For the past four years, Isabel has worked in the family law as a paralegal assisting multiple attorneys with a wide range family and juvenile law cases. Since graduation, Isabel has absolutely loved the paralegal work. Primarily, Isabel enjoys helping families through difficult and tough situations

Outside of work, Isabel enjoys traveling to new states, practicing Pilates, and spending time with friends, family, and of course…her cats.
