Stacy Porter is one of the newest members to join the team at Reppucci & Roeder. He adds a fresh outlook and vast amount of experience to the firm. After honorably serving our country in the U.S. Navy, Stacy decided to further his dedication to the public by pursuing his dreams of going to law school. His desire to serve the community is apparent in his desire to help his clients obtain what they are rightfully entitled to.
While Stacy is not yet a bar admitted attorney, he has been granted by the Arizona Supreme Court, a Rule 38 Limited Practice Student License. This allows him to take cases under the direct supervision of a licensed attorney. Stacy used his limited practicing license to help veterans during the annual Veterans Stand Down event. Stacy will continue to use this practicing student license while he finishes his last year of law school and prepares for the February 2018 Arizona Bar Exam.
As a law student, Stacy served as a legal intern with our firm and gained the skills and experience needed to provide our clients with exceptional service in family law related matters. In addition to Stacy arguing legal issues before Maricopa County Superior Court judges for the Veterans Stand Down event, he has also obtained his certification to mediate legal disputes in the state of Arizona. Stacy also studied under managing partner, Ryan Reppucci, regarding gaming and gambling law, earning the highest grade in the class for demonstrating a vast knowledge of the material presented in Gaming and Gambling Law.
